Piping modification, duct renewal & metal work

All the work that was done during the dry docking of a vessel is listed below:
1.Installation of 39 Heat recovery wheels with all their components:
*Shaft
*Segments
*Bearings
*Periphery Brush Seals
*Center Beam Brush Seals
*Drive Belt
*Drive Motors
2.Filter rack repairs
3.Replacement of inspection glass (where needed)
4.Replacement of door handles (where needed)
5.Drain repairs
6.Unit door replacement
7.Vibration damper replacement
8.Installation of a fire damper
9.Repair of 7 Luggage Cages
10.Lido Galleys duct repair, in detail:
*Removal of stainless steel ceiling to gain access
*Removal and disposal of wasted sections of carbon steel ducting
*Ducting sections were fabricated in place
*Installation of the new steel duct lines
11.Main Galley duct repair, in detail:
*Removal of stainless steel ceiling to gain access
*Removal and disposal of wasted sections of carbon steel ducting
*Replacement of approximately 90 meters of ducts
*Ducting sections were fabricated in place
*Installation of the new steel duct lines
12.Crew Galley duct repair, in detail:
*Removal of stainless steel ceiling to gain access
*Removal and disposal of wasted sections of carbon steel ducting
*Replacement of approximately 55 meters of ducts
*Ducting sections were fabricated in place
*Installation of the new stainless steel trunk lines
13.Fabrication and installation of 36 pool overflow boxes
14.Supply and installation of mist eliminators for inlets 4.1,5.1/5.3
15.Renewal of trunking, in detail:
*Removal and re-location of necessary pipes, cables and equipment to access area in need of repair
*Installation of scaffolding where necessary
*Removal of damaged steel material
*Cleaning and preparation for inserts and re-enforcements
*Installation of necessary inserts and re-enforcements
*General chip and paint
 
Additional work requested during Dry Dock:
1.Doubler Installation under the Jacuzzi area
2.Penetration installation under the Jacuzzi area
3.Pressure test of Emergency Ballast Tanks. The work included:
*Removal of the flanges of the connection pipes
*Sealing all connections to the tanks and all ventilation pipes using blind flanges
*Preparation and installation of blind flanges
*Sealing of the overflows of the tank and all the air breathers
*Pressurizing tanks with 1 bar (The pressure test was performed in the presence of the Chief Officer, the staff Captain and the Lloyds surveyor)
*Checking for air leaks
*With the approval of Lloyd, after the tests, removal of the blind flanges, connection of the pipes in their original positions and tanks back to service
4.Fabrication and Installation of separator bulkhead in the outlet engine trunk
5.Installation of cooling coils
6.Fabrication and installation of 2 hatches' doors in the funnel
