Heat Recovery Wheels replacement
Work performed on board a vessel during dry dock:
1.Demolition and removal of the old Heat Recovery Wheels.
2.Cleaning of the work area, from the trash, in the ACS Stations
3.Transfer and disposal of the old Heat Recovery Wheels and the old components.
4.Transfer of the new Heat Recovery Wheels along with all of their components to the ACS stations.
5.Installation of the new Heat Recovery Wheels along with all of its components:
*Shaft
*Bearings
*Periphery Brush Seals
*Periphery Plates
*Center Beam Brush Seals
6.Installation of the Drive Belt and connection of the Drive Motors.
7.Running and testing the Heat Recovery Wheels.
